I don't think its a Full Assault since and Admin said they were on hold for a while.

Its probably a faction LTQ.
Probably using those Ultratech NPCs that were mistakenly released for the Dire Needs iLTQ

We have some friends over helping out on 27/27 on Midas but will want to go back to their faction to work on the new mission can we still swop between factions?

Factions are only locked for War and Full Assault if I remember correctly, they are never locked for these kind of events
