pffft. please. One of my syndicate members has been without his account for more than 5 months. He was a big gold spender, and Gree is giving him the runaround on getting him access to his account again.

Ticket only half been done and now had been closed had to submit another ticket

So in reality you get a first automated reply when you submit all the info you need to receive another standard email from Gree just with a support workers name added asking for the same information that is already on the ticket so once again have to submit information again this is the problem you need to take up CJ because original ticket was closed i had to open another ticket, these are the things that frustrate people being asked to submit things time and time again
