Is there any demand for concrete anymore? Now that so many factions have bought fully maxed factions with 15,000,000 concrete. Does Gree even care? Surely Gree has noticed that there are several new factions on the leaderboard. I'm not saying the top 25 teams, it's the factions that are lower than that. Surely, Gree has the ability to scan factions to see which one has concrete in the millions and see how long the faction has been in existence and then do something about it.
