then...don't retire, come to a syn where you can enjoy the game again, at your own speed.
and.... come to a syn when there really is no drama or stress!

We're a mixture of a couple of old hands from before the days of syndicates and a 5 or so pretty active new players. Even with those numbers, we still make the top 1500 in battles with very minimal or no gold used.
Our defense leader gets equipment with modifiers just from defensive wins (he has 7m defense), and we are looking for players with stats in this area who can add the defensive wins to take us to top 1000, and hopefully upwards from there, just be around on occasions, and no gold spending requirements at all (same with cash donations)
This is a very easy top 1000 finish, guaranteed with two or three more somewhat-active people in the team. We usually finish easy and normal mode bosses, and we'd be some way into the elite mode bosses with just those few good players.
Are you one of those fitting these criteria, just a handful would make a serious, but still super casual syndicate where there is the game/life balance you're looking for :-)
Or anyone with experience who is looking for a senior officer role, and wants to help us take the whole syndicate to a new level again, then come and join as well!
Maybe the motto for our syn could be:
"Dramas are just places where emotions are heightened, usually unintentionally. Take the heightened emotions out and it's just a enjoyable conversation :-)"

Building income 25%
IP modifier 5%
Up to now we have used the CC in-game syn forum for chat, and a couple of members use groupme for quicker messaging when needed.
