Battle prizes were not awarded

I didn't receive my team & individual battle prizes upon conclusion of the event.

Not quite true. I was the top performer in my syndicate. And it says I did not participate to receive individual reward. This needs to be fixed. I got the syndicate rewards but not the individual.

yes and i'm on IOS and i took a screenshot and it says my rewards..a bunch of ones from syn and then "you do not have any individual reward"...however my stats have hardly moved. We are doing the math right now. This can't be the right gain even for syn prizes. oh my..

I never even get the pop up of the prizes that are awarded to me.. (after war-prizes)
I have to search them in my bonus/mods list.
Do u know at what tier of individual prizes u ended up?
Then search the bonus/mods list

I was able to find someone with a ss of prizes for the rank on one device, and that items is in my modded prize listing

I finished with about 175k ip and in last battle i was 1189 or close. I don't know what prize that was unless i'm looking in wrong place..

First time I logged on after event I didn't recieve them second time I did about a half hour later it didn't pop up that I got the awards but I noticed my stats increased. Just check your inventory/profile I'm sure you guys got 'em

U should have gotten them by now. Check ur bonus/mods list and check if ur item u should have gotten is there. If it isnt, check for the item of the tier above and below where u ended up.
