War ip.. Is it just a gree random number?

It looks like since the modification of the algorithm for ip calculation, now you can hit one enemy 100 levels higher than you and 2mill defense stats less and get only 250 ip, and the next one 395 ip, and the next hit 258, and then 412 ip... You cannot get more than 450ip anymore????
One of the reasons you ended using gold was when you found a good target that would give you good ip... Now, it is another lottery gree has invented... You can get any ip number...
Gree developers... Do you plan to fix this??? Or the game will continue to be ruined by random prizes, ip, war matches, lags, message telling you dont have internet when you can do anything using internet except playing the game, boss appearance ratio, uzis drop ratio, etc.

they changed it last battle to make people spend more gold to achieve same ip. my average use to be 450-490 not its 400 and below. i used to see over 600. the highest i have seen in 2 battles is 563

What? You guys didn't think gree would let everyone keep those +10% ip mods from those 3 or 4 wars did ya?

I have the totaly same behavior. I still don't know which one I should hit. Just got only 750 pts with PA for a character 7m more def than my attack and 70lvl upper than me. This is 250x3. This is nuts!!!! So what kind of targets do I need to hit to get +400 pts continously??
