Fully Upgrade Building Question

I've 'heard' that you can buy 2 of the special buildings and upgrade them both to level 5 (rather than 1 to level-10) and still get the bonus? Can anyone confirm this as fact or fiction? Thanks in advance for your reply!

Nope.. one building has to go to level 10.. second building has no affect

go into store and to the money buildings..

Just like any other building, you can buy 2 of each but LE's for a "limited time only".
