I need your help, transfered my game on new phone but had to do factory reset and lost my game. My nick in game is Piotrek, lvl 205-206, if someone will see me on your rivals list could you post on my wall FOR GREE and give me your inv code? This way GREE will find me and i hope i will get my acc back. Im trying to solve it over 2 weeks now but still didnt get my acc back...Thanks everybody

Have you got an old email for a support ticket you lodged on the old phone? If so, in the stuff GREE attach at the end, you will see your 9 digit ID :)

In a syndicate was around 10/10M so now i lower than that, dont know 8/8 or 7/7 probably something like that.

are you using the in game support portal or using the web based support pages? although still very annoying and aggravating I find the web based portal far better.

I wish i could do it that way...moved game on new phone, old one sold, after few days i had to do factory reset...and im using emails not in game help ;-P if someone will find me and leave a post on my wall it will be ok, if not...dont worry and thanks all of you for you help. I will find another game to play, dont want to start again after 2 years wasted on CC hehe
