Transferring from android to iOS

After some help... Has anyone had gree change them from android to iOS or vice versa?

How long did it take to get it transfered?

I sent ticket in 5 days ago with all info of new account ect and not even a reply from gree support yet(apart from automated response)

I tranferred a CC account from android to ios. Took less than 48 hours remarkably. I'd advise you to send another ticket to GREE

Have sent in another ticket 2 days ago and.... Still no reply :( I'm not one to come here and moan usually, however 5 days and no transfer or more importantly no response is not good!

Just keep sending them and you should eventually get a response. I like sending them every 48hrs until i get a response

I did a transfer about a month ago, and it was roughly 5-7 days if I remember correctly. If you haven't already done so in your request, make sure you attach any gold purchases that you made. Reason they ask for it is to validate your account information.

I also just had android-to-ios transfer recently. It took about 5 days but only because a war started and I think they didn't want to make any changes until after the war. Once war was done i got a response telling me all info to give them about my accts and it was switched within 24 hrs after that. I'm sure they are swamped with tickets now so you may have to be patient but they will get to it.

Yes, just like you would transfer from droid to droid. Log into the funzio ID ingame and follow the directions for both devices.
