anyone have good targets for folders?

Tryin to collect folders for raid boss. If any one has intel on best targets please help. Thanks in advance

Use LTQ targets. Higher energy targets have higher chance of dropping each time as well.

targets at or above 100 energy seem to have 90% drop rates.

is giving me a 25% drop rate
27 energy and 3 exp per hit
