Sirius, CJ, or any other moderator here - please attend to this very urgent matter.

This afternoon, our guild mate, Loki FUNKoS, had his account wrongly swapped with another's. We've learned that individual in current possession of Loki's account has changed the IGN and left the guild and has applied to others - in effect, treating it as his own. There are more than 60k gems attached to Loki's account, including 50k bonus gems that he received 2 days ago. We have every reason to believe that he'll use those gems in the same manner as he did in changing the ign - without a care to the rightful owner.

If a moderator is here, please escalate this issue and restore Loki's account in the same condition as when he last logged in.

I didn't ask for a transfer. All I did was, logged out for a minute and logged back in with a different account

Hey, for those of us apparently under the mistaken impression that one has to buy gems with actual money, would someone please take the time to explain what this means from above:

How does one receive over $3000 in gems as a bonus? Would someone please sign me up for that? I feel like a chump actually purchasing them now.

And seriously, it's one thing to look upward at the giants in this game and think, wow, that must cost a ton of money to be that good, and another thing entirely to wonder how much of that is simply 'bonus' that we lowbies aren't privvy to.

dpille... Send support a ticket asking them to sign you up for the gem bonus program. They will email you the info for the different tiers. If you don't spend more than $500 USD a month than there is no point being in the bonus program.

50k bonus is for spending over $2000 the previous month.
