Raidboss prize not given

So i was kicked from my syndicate 2 minutes AFTER we beat the raidboss and I was not given the final reward. Is there anything you can do Gree?

same thing happened to me (i booted a mini after we finished to let a guy in to donate) and gree told me to f off. you hqve to login, collect the prize , and then get booted.
