I logged out for a minute and when logged back in, it's not even my account, it's someone else's avatar? How could Gree do this mess?

Because they are incompetent. And if you are lucky, maybe they will give you a response back before war.

Is this how you threat your customer? I didn't ask to have my account transferred and got ****ed?? Gree never cease to amaze me.

This is unbelievable! How can Gree SCREW UP THIS BAD! This is not a normal average account. This is a top 1% account! Serious $$$ has been spent. FIX IT PLEASE!

CJ - The RB will be starting soon. Please remedy this situation before then, or Loki may not be credited for the proper RB units.

Loki - I just hope the other individual with your account doesn't go on a gem splurge and use your 50k gems to help his guild finish RB.

I'm so glad your fixed Loki.... Just look at the joy your toon made someone for the short while they had it. They must of thought they hit the lotto.

Looks like it happened again because the same thing happened to me today. I opened the game and to my surprise I was not on my account. I also found that someone is now using my real account, which is level 176, has fully upgraded epic armors (Tectonic Mantle, Maelstrom Irons, 2 Moontide Armos, Northerners Batlegear), fully upgraded training fields, and is guild master of a guild called "Der Riese". I learned that everybody was kicked from the guild and it was probably deleted altogether (presumably with my armors, etc. too).

So after playing for close to a year and a lot of work and money put into the game now down the tube, I'm screwed because Gree gave my account to somebody else. If this is not fixed, there will be repercussions. This is not just a "bad mix-up", this is a heck of a lot of time and money you just gave to somebody else and it needs to fixed.

wow, must be pretty epic indeed cuz I've never heard of any of those... and what is a "training field"?
