Can you transfer an android account to an iOS account?

I know you can't do this yourself, but if you put in a ticket could Gree do this transfer manually? Just out of curiosity if I ever get an android.

Em well I transferred my kindle fire account (since crime city got deleted from the store) to my iPhone and it's working great still with no problems
