Last Moment to Declare

Do any of you know when is the latest time on the clock a faction can declare in WD? We've heard of the declare locking out with one hour and 1 minute left in event. Thanks.

Thanks. My understanding as well. Heard reports of Gunzzhot not being able to declare with 1:01:10 left on the clock a few wars back.

i wouldnt be surpised if that didnt happen..we all know how gree is and how many things they do wrong

Thanks again lemonhaze. The update, in case anyone had the same question, is that we were able to declare at 1:01:40. We only matched after the 1:00:00 mark, but all battle points counted in the final tally.

Because of connection lag and loading times, the time you see in game could be slightly unsynched with that on the server.

That is absolutely true. I often don't get to start events until hours after they officially start. The only logical explanation I can come up with is that it's connection lag, loading times, and a synch problem...only it is not just between computers ;-) LOL
