Can gree or anyone explain the logic of a player being about to rob another while their stats is 3M difference? I remember that was not possible in the past.

If their attack is around 50% or more of your defence, they can rob you. Doesn't matter if it's 300 or 3,000,000 :p

robbing is at the heart of crime city. it was always an integral part of the game. is just now much easier to rob since the new updated rival list because you can pretty much rob anyone you see there

Shame iph isn't more of a factor in the algorithim so leeches could only see each other.
