Anyone had gold just disappear?

I bought a vault the other day, so 1500 gold, used 85 of that gold, and now have a balance of just over 400 gold, so 1000 of it just went up in smoke.

I sent in a ticket and will get a reply in due time probably, but wanted to ask here if anyone has had gold on their account go missing.

I bought gold regularly on my old account and never had this problem. Is this something that has cropped up in the last 6 months?

Not that I saw. I did buy a crate on the old account once, but at least noticed.

If it was that ninja a purchase, do they take whatever stupid item they roped you into and give you your gold back?

You should be fine if you have sent in a ticket. They will remove the item from your inventory and refund the gold.

I really don't think I did though, but if I did by accident, this is good news. Taken from here:

They told me I spent 900 gold on a fragrance bomb.

They got back fast to tell me about my lovely accidental fragrance bomb purchase for 900 gold and I've asked them to remove it from my inventory and refund the gold for it.

Happened to me yesterday. I didn't buy anything. It took 14 gold and then later it took 72 gold. I sent in a ticket about the 72 and never mentioned the 14 and they refunded it all this morning including the 14 that i didn't mention.
