I think it a good thing. (Poor communication thou)

For months, old time players at level 300 have complained they have been punished for reaching level 300 and not being able to achieve 450. Mainly average 250-350

Also, the fact that month old LLPs could score 450s went against the long time accounts

So reducing the top score makes it a more level playing field
