Sure, close all threads that determine the company's failures. You can try and hush the players for a bit, but with every new hack, glitch, screw up, bad programming, failure in communication, etc etc etc. (And there will be much more of those cases) new threads will pop up. Instead of spending time trying to hush the players, spend time trying to solve the issues behind the complaints of your customers.

Actually, no. Closing threads leaves a trail for people to see. If you want to create an illusion, you need to delete the thread so people who don't log in often have no idea what a mess this place is.

We've repeatedly asked that people send cheat reports to support rather than starting drama on the forums. And that is ALWAYS what it is, needless drama. They aren't deleted, you can still see them, but we're ending the discussion there before they devolve into further flaming, accusations, and associated unpleasantness. Seriously, guys, just don't make accusatory cheat threads on the forums. Period. It isn't okay.

Also, regarding the "people with items from higher tiers of rank than they have unlocked", that is an old bug from last year that has made a reappearance (the threads on it are around somewhere in the vault). We'll fix it again.

We'll have more on the LE set business later, but for right now we're still sorting that out.

And please follow the posted rules at the top of the forum, which include not starting threads about locked or deleted threads. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding on this.
