Looking for a active faction

I am currently in a Faction. However, I would rather be on the bottom of a good Faction striving to be the best player, as opposed to being one of the top player on a poor Faction. I prefer a Faction that uses Line for chat. (Group me slows down my android). Currently in a team that is usually getting in the low 1200's. Looking for a faction that can do better than this. Also looking a faction that doesn't keep dead weight around. Nothing irritates me more than seeing a bunch of zeros on a TEAM. Can anyone help me? 366-100-772
