Transfer of accounts aren't fixed yet. Try it and experience it. Don't blindly listen.

I have an Android Phone with CC working fine.

Now I want to transfer the game to a new mobile but unfortunately i forgot the pw for the funzio id currently used with the CC mobile app (i transfered the game a while ago to the current device).

I dont remember that password and trying to update the (optional) email-address within the CC Android App doesnt work, so I am unable to recover my PW now?

How do I either change the funzio ID for the currently working installation of CC or recover the password (reset by E-Mail doesnt work due to described reasons)?

that means ur not doing it right.
steps on how to do it. it is very easy


creat id on old device.
set game to transfer mode on old device.
get on new nevice....... Do not log in
click transfer game. then click new device.
then a window pops up and ask for id.
enter id on that screen. and click transfer.

if u are loggend in on new deivce. u must uninstall game and reinstall.

What happened was it told her it needed update so she did it, when it was done said app wasn't installed, so she reinstalled the game, it started over instead of loading her current game, there is no old and new device its the same device!

I am still not able to transfer my game to the new device. When I am trying to set new device, I get “No old account associated with your funzio ID, please set an old device”. I have tried to create a new account with the old device, but It does not work!

I keep getting the same error even after deleting and installing the new version of the game. It really pisses me off that I have had this problem since march and I still can't transfer my game. I have spent a small fortune over the years playing and it would be nice if you could PLEASE RESET MY PASSWORD SO THAT I CAN MOVE ON AND PLAY MY FREAKING GAME!!

I had to uninstall my game and reinstall due to server issues. However, after the reinstall, I was unable to get my original game back. I logged in with my game ID, password, and email, but it would only take me right back to the level 1 game from the very beginning. I wrote to Gree but did not receive an email letting me know they received my complaint.

Here is my game information:

Game name is Cicero58941
Level 164

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated, as I cannot help my syndicate with Raid Boss event right now due to inablilty to get in there.

Why do they not fix this issue, since it has been going on for several years now? It would be a lot better if they just let you log into your game from any phone or tablet. Log in with your ID and password and forget the transfer crap. It obviously doesn't work and us players lose valuable time.

I installed crime city on new device and my account was there!!!

I sent in ticketnaskingbforbtransfer and it didn't work on my other device BC there was already account there. This device sartednoff at lel one so they transfered it......Now I know if this happens in the future. Yeah lol

I play Crime City and Modern War on ipad. Now i have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 tab i want those 2 games on my Samsung. I've tried it with funzio transfer but when i run the game on the samsung i tried to transfer the game too it then the next error (Tranfer account failed, please try again).

What to do now??????

My phone broke just before battle weekend. I sent in a ticket off of my mini notifying Gree I'd be transferring my main account once I got a new phone. I just got the new phone tried to transfer game and it didn't work. I sent customer support a message notifying them. But any suggestions here? I know the password, ID number, email its linked to, and could show them plenty of evidence that it's my account... But as of right now the system is not working for me....

Hi Oracle or any other developer if you're here on the forum. Guys, you need to fix support. I understand the amount of cases you have is huge and it takes a lot of time but there are types of issues which need to be priorities for instance Account Recoveries. Recently my Android tablet was too slow so I did a factory reset not knowing that my account would be reset on Crime City as well. It fails to work and I have had the ticket submitted to GREE about about since 4 days now. I have been playing for 4 years but try not to complain too much about anything but an issue like this puts a bad picture of GREE when the user is not able even come back to his account.

I have sent several comments and provided all the details that are required to recover my account. It should be a matter of minutes for your team. Common guys, don't just have the gamers lose faith in you. Please fix it.

For your reference, my ticket number is : #1615096.

Need your help here guys. Please get my account transferred back to me.

Old problem which gree have not addressed so far, Funzio Id is not working and most unreliable. In my opinion Funzio Id is a joke.

Getting and account back is nearly impossible from Gree, and don´t expect a qualified support from Gree.
Have written about many bugs to support about problems when they run a raid boss event for months, and dispite numerous update (they do not write what is updated), no improvement. So do not now what they actually do in gree.

Expect your account to be lost.

You Have create a ticket in the game. Provide your old I'd old device etc and new I'd new device like it says and they will fix it. Takes about a week or 2

Is there a way to skip the tutorial? Transferring back and forth from iPhone to iPad works fine, just annoying to have to do through the tutorial every time

We released a fix to the FunzioID transfer system over the weekend. Please let us know if you are still having trouble transferring your account in the game and we can look into it.

I forgot the password to my funzio account
Therefore I can't transfer to my new devise

1) Delete game.

2) Reinstall.

3) Create new ID.
