Dear Gree,

Several of our members are not receiving energy when using gems. We are among the highest spending of the whole game and this is ridiculous to run into this issue. Several have already threatened to quit because of it. How can they fight if you won't let then use gems successfully?

This is happening to my members aswell, grew needs to address this asap!

they can buy chests, arena energy and other form of games but not War energy? Gree the deal?

Yea I am unable to refill war energy, but can still do arena and whatever. I have spent a ton of $ on this game and this is pretty crappy to pull on us right at the beginning of a war. I filled out a ticket in game and I know many many other have this problem. gree should address this asap

Gree , there is a lot of our alliance members suffer from the same problem .
We need you to solve this problem as fast as you can please .

^^ did not take your gems. your count was 2939 all 3-4 times your tried to re-energize your war energy. on some people it has taking their gems and gave no war energy.

Sounds like a server lag issue. Has everyone tried turning of phone & router and rebooting both? just a suggestion.

Gree won't read this.They make plenty of money and too busy to care u guys might be a few out of millions of its customers so they will not care.

I had the same problem and they did fix it last night but then I tried to buy energy this war and it's the same problem today again

Pretty sad that this is still not fixed. Had a guildie get an email saying it's all resolved now but do I get anything? Nope. Still can't buy energy and now I'm a leecher in my guild. I had one war that I was able to buy energy on. That was the first night. Now I can't do anything but use free energy. Wow gree wow

We had a few guys lose multiple sets of gems because of this bug

By the sounds of it there was two different glitches this war. One was that you try to buy energy and it doesn't give you energy and it doesn't take your gems. The other glitch being you buy energy and it doesn't give you energy but it takes your gems. Pretty sad gree. I was only able to gem for one battle this war. It sucks to feel like a leecher.
