Warning everyone stats losing bonus during war

Well my worse fears are confirmed.

knew it my stats lost there bonus and I lost.how does this affect you well you lose.i won 4 times in a row to someone stats were 20 million below mine then on Fifth attack I lost and when I looked at splash after my bonuses were gone.

So you have to buy a unit before each attack to contact server.

Yes the stats are flicking between current and previous. You just need to make sure they are current by going in and out of the game.

I could send in a ticket to customer services or I could consider which of the two scenarios are happening:

1) the developers already know about the problem, will have it fixed soon and apologise unreservedly to all customers for wasting gems on attacks that they should have won, but didn't.

Or..

2) The office is shut today but that doesn't make a blind bit of difference because nobody is capable of fixing the issue or indeed gives one solitary sh*t about it.

No there are alltimes three steps

1) Sorry too much work, we will check later

Yes but brought this up on Friday they just choose to ignore it.

Hoping you took a screen shot of that and sent it in, we were told by gree that the stat issue was local and directly related to our devices and the stats the servers used were fine, so that shouldn't have happened. When you attack or are attacked it goes through the servers, so the problem should have been solved(fixed itself) and never happened.

happened to me too. Even when you check after starting the game and they look good. They can suddenly drop again. You can fix it by going to the first map (crossroads) and kill a goblin for 1xp. This solves it until the next time :mad:

This really needs to be addressed soon. I have been fighting this entire weekend with a handicap as my guild's defense leader. I don't want to start this next cycle with the same crutch.

A simple acknowledgement of the issue and/or steps to rectify it would be more than greatly appreciated.

I was hoping with the latest fix this issue would be gone but no still there.i still losing bonus stats randomly and not the only one and you do lose against the other player when you should not.

CJ stated it is a display issue. Your stats are actually correct on the server and that is what matters. what your device shows is not important.

So why am I still losing to players who are 15 million below me and when I lose my bonus stats are not showing.

in wars i lose to players that are 35-40m below me. are they within about 25% of your normal atk stat? if so that is within the margin of error and you will lose once in awhile
