mod please help

I need help. I haven't been able to log in for over two days. I get a message saying "an unknown error happened. Please check internet connection and restart the app". My internet connection is fine. I've restarted, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app and still get the same message. I've also restarted my device many times and still nothing. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. If a mod could respond that would be even better. Thanks.

Happening to me too.

Uninstall the game and re-install it. Have had a few faction mates with the same issue.. re-installing the game seems to have fixed the issue.

Vessery I've already tried that--twice. I'm going to the phone store to get my phone reset. If that doesn't work then it's on u gree.

if you reset your phone your account will be lost in gree space. try to keep uninstalling and re installing the app. It has happened to half of my team. all have been successful with this.
