Is anyone interested in trading folders for some of my concrete?

I was hoping maybe some faction had excess folders - we don't have enough to finish this raid boss (we are small) - I have 100 concrete bricks (have about 160 total myself but i was going to keep about 60 to donate). Anyways I was wondering if/hoping that there might be a faction with excess folders who needs concrete and would like to trade... I am not sure what a fair exchange rate would be so if anyone is interested make me an offer. I'm reasonable and I am not looking for something ridiculous in exchange. Thanks for reading! : )
