Lost my Account due to Old Error

I losted my account a few months back, and I was checking the old threads about an error that some players were getting, basically the game won't load and it will bring up the error about account issues, be like my mate had the same problem after a few days he's worked fine but mine never got fixed.
My account/player ID: 838-323-259

Who can fix this. I've spended a lot of time and $ in it....

Were you told to contact Gree about this error? Did you get the account from someone else? If so that violates the TOS and will get the account banned.

I started this account and contacted Gree a lot of times about this without any results. My friend told me he met my base lately at the rivals list and an other friend told me that i'm still in his allie list....

delete modern war and download again from the app store, should work fine

Did that already a few times. After a while it just gave me a new game, starting at scratch...

Open a ticket. If they close it then reopen. Keep doing it.
