Are ios transfers fixed or being fixed?

I am wondering about this as well. Can someone from gree please answer these two questions logically where we can understand and not these general answers?!? When will syn lock be fixed and what do we need to do? And when can iOS transfer like we use to without using gree support and taking forever??
