Best building in the game (for type Bs anyway) if accurate.

The design team added decorations on the Olive Garden building. How cute.

The artwork is sad but if it pays out 49m before bonuses it's going to dwarf level 10 casinos.

Thanks for the info and thanks a bunch for the link to the wiki.. Searching up which builds in my hood are worth upgrading so I can start building up my hood to actually make some money off of it (current iph just under 10k.. been playing for 4 or so months)

Exactly ;-)
And two hours faster than wsfg also makes quite the difference! (My wsfg gets robbed at least once a week)

These ltbs are a joke how many expensive ones in a row are we gonna have..if I can't finish with 25 mil iph then 90% of people not gonna finish it

You'll be able to finish a good amount of it though which gives you a edge on people with very low IPH who can't get it at all. I like the expensive ones !

w/ $25m IPH, why would you want cheaper ones? You are gaining more stats then 99% of everyone else. Most expensive the better for higher IPHer. Allows us to gain an advantage on all those who ignored their hoods.

You get the same item every time too, so there's no burning need to finish it. I hope to start it.

The prize structure makes me feel fine about stopping at 7 or 8. These are buildings I want to get to 10 at some point but I don't think it'll happen in 20 days.

Youll probably get pretty far though so 8 at least but reckon youll do 9 plus a nice boost to your IPH. They dont offer the big prizes for completion any more (Gree, bring them back to reward players who have invested the time) so as said not such a big deal really and you'll have more items than most people.

I would guess a good percentage of ppl cant even start it. It's all good though. I've read so much on these forums about how long time players get the shaft left and right. Well, with ltb's the past few months, long time players are the only ones with iph high enough to complete them (maybe even start them).

I'm a new guy (since December '13). IPH is a low $133k. With syndicate donations, I just now saved enough for my first NC -- even started a thread about it. I haven't been able to do an LTB since the throwback arcade. I have held off on building the NC waiting for this LTB to see if I could get in on a cool one. No point in waiting now. I'll never save $125 mil in a month with my IPH. So, NC it is! And the rich will get richer. Very much like real life though. :)

Building NC's is the way most folks manage to start piling on the hourly income, you will be surprised at the massive gain in IPH from building and upgrading these... then these high priced ltb's wont seem so far away at all.

Worst part about NC's are the upgrade times, kinda suck but in the long term the income they give to plough back into your hood is worth it.

Jesus people beaching about oh I cant afford this ltb boo hoo me. Well suck it up buttercup and move on I never beached about not affording a ltb before I jus dug in and built my iph until I could afford one take the time and build your iph instead of beaching about it.

What's this about a beach?

Personally, I ignored my hood when I first started this game. So made the decision a few months ago to skip some of the Low cost LTBS to work on my Iph. You have to prepare ahead, with expansion and building upgrades. It's loads of info on here to properly plan upgrading your hood.

Im not really picky when it comes to LTBs. The cheap ones I build for the prize, The pricey ones for the prize/iph boost. I've never minded the collection times one way or another.. But this one I really like. easy collection and a great payout. Also helps that it isn't a visual eyesore. So, yeah, nice job Gree.

What he said.

Some people want their cake and eat it. Some buildings, even if they take ages to save for or take a lot of time robbing are worth investing in. A bit like my pagodas. Bought one and didnt get very far with it as the plan was always to get two. I missed some prizes and I doubt they amount to much now but my iph is decent. Think long term by giving the crappy iph buildings a miss and working on your income instead. Just means you'll eventually get further in the LTBs.

I'm very happy with this one. But how about, get the design/artwork team to stop with the lazy ass skins.

as others have said its not a bad thing that only some can afford to start let alone finish these events, if it was all easy then why would people continue playing with nothing to work towards!

At 20m per hour I know I won't finish it either, but I will buy two of this one. Even high income people have to take time off between these LTBs if they wanna get to level ten before time is up. I never knew how valuable the modifiers on building costs and upgrade times would be back in the day.

Indeed but along with 12 and 24s, you will find them harder to come by than the 18s/20s and so on.

I can't remember the last time any of my 12/24s were robbed.

I'm in the same boat. Mine only get robbed when I let them to allow them sync up with my other buildings after upgrading.

Gree, I love the last 3 LTBs, don't get me wrong, but they are huge! I like to keep my hood at a small, manageable size. I've had to sell off quite a few buildings to fit these buggers. Please don't make me sell my level 10 basketball courts!! Haha.
