3/15 LTQ is broken

At first i couldnt hit the harpy. After restarting game i was able to kill one but now they arent respawning and the kill wasnt registered. Anyone else?

Did you try a hard reset of your device? This normally fixes most problems of this kind

After restarting device, uninstalling game and installing again to get a fresh data download i was able to get the quest working!
