Opened Buried Treasure Chests, received Treasure Keys yet shows ZERO!

I have an android device, I have opened up Buried Treasure Chests and found Treasure Keys but my accumulated total is ZERO!!!! Please mods, by the time they respond to my trouble ticket, the event will be a thing of history. :confused: what does it take for Gree to ever have an event without something that goes wrong?

Anyone else experiencing this glitch?

Had this napped before.... Made me miss the final prize by one collecting item. Gree did nothing bith times.

my experience has been that they never do anything for me to make anything right. You would think that they were real objects you could hold in your hand and that the expense came out of their personal paycheck!

BTW, they fixed it! Surprise! The far better solution is that they fixed it because they would never give me anything to make it right, so I'm glad to have it fixed up front
