Members stuck between guilds!

Hi, since a few minutes some of our members that joined the mainguild yesterday to help with EB and jumped back to our 2nd guild this morning are stuck between guilds. The members get a screen showing they are not in a guild - but they show up in the main guild and can not be kicked...

Please help as soon as possible. Do we all have to write tickets or will it be corrected automatically?

If we try it says guild limit reached and I can not accept...

When they loaded the 24-hour quest, the 2-member bonus that I purchased for the guild and the 3 new members disappeared. I submitted a ticket, but word yet on fixing it. I know I need to sing the Jeopardy theme over and over .....

I am still waiting on my ticket to be resolved where we lost a 2-member bonus purchase and the 3 new members that we recruited. I submitted the ticket on 4/11 and have only received one update that it was being escalated to a higher level. The Jeopardy theme is getting really old now. We lost out on having new members in the last war and still cannot recruit new members now.
