happened to me on 4/5 ... ticket sent ... by the time i get a reply quest will be over so i guess i have to gem it again and just contact apple afterwards for a refund

It happened to me on 3/5.

Now it happened to me twice. Same problem yesterday evening with my mini account. Gree just sucks.

We're actually not receiving too many tickets on this, but we're investigating to see what is going on there regardless.

EDIT: Still not sure what caused this, but we are continuing to check.

CJ54 I thought you all were fired as we never get answers to our complains, wishes in other threads.
Two friends of me retired and more will follow as long as you ignore our problems.

Any way you guys can fix the Nightmare quest problem on the Carrion Caverns map. Been stuck on that map for months and the darn monster will not spawn. I know its a "Rare" quest but this is getting ridiculous. I'm also not the only one with this problem. I sent in a ticket, it was closed with the standard "This issue is being worked on", but that was a couple months ago, sent in another ticket almost a month ago and got the same standardized "Its being worked on" response and my ticket was closed.

I'm not going to send in any more tickets since they don't do any good and don't want to clog up your customer support team, but seriously, this is ridiculous.

Please fix the issue.

Sorry to go off topic but I don't know what else to do at this point and figured this might, just might, get your attention.
