People have been complaining about crappy LEs. We want a return to the way LEs were when they first started, not to discontinue them.

They won't.....roughly 1.9 billion for a level 10 building I assume

I think units should start at 100k. $100M will get you 6 new Growler planes at 28k stats. Assume low unit is 5k, you get 120k stat boost for that $100M.
