Exactly as per title...
AKP has reached it's RB Goal - 21/27; can't go any further, due to chronic UZI Shortage!
However, majority of Members are Willing & Able to Jump for another Syndicate that WILL Finish RB, in exchange for a handful of Final seats...
Last RB, we assisted Neuvo Syndicato to complete level 26 & 27 & were rewarded with 5 Final Seats for our assistance...
Looking for a similar arrangement, in exchange for our Massed Firepower...
