Ya... This stinks. Been down for a few days. I'm in the same boat, need to move from my ipad to my iPhone and I can't. Thought it was a temp issue a few days ago, and isn't resolved.

I'm surprised this was not addressed before the Armenian WD. Any updates?

I was asking for help since i could not upgrade. support team Asked me to delete my game and then re- install it!!!! I lost everything!!!!! What can I do to Get everything back on my IPad???????

Just summit a ticket with your old player id and your new one. You will have to get him to lvl 3 as well. Happened to me during the 1st full assault. They helped pretty fast to resolve it
