Quick question regarding match times

I am just wondering about the match times for the last hour, does war have to be declared the final hour ? Or do you have to be matched in a battle before the final hour?

Any insight is greatly appreciated

I think you have to be matched up before the final hour. Last event we declared with 1 hour 5 minutes left and didn't get matched up and we sat and watched.

I know you have to declare with more than an hour to go. Pretty sure you have to be matched before the hour as well.

Okay thanks guys, we declared with 1 hour and 5 minutes left , and sat and watched a declared screen the entire time ... Fun times in the full assault !!!
