I was thinking with myself today whlie writing a ticket to gree, and then i recieve that auto message "your request will be reviewd by our especialists........" and then one thing came to my mind:

This part that says: "Please note that due to higher than normal volume our response timees are longer than normal"
It's been more than 1 year that i read that message when i send a ticket. So does this higher volume now is normal nowdays or this is just to trick us?(maybe, i guess...:confused:) If it is not to trick us, you shoul change that message to: please note that due to even higher than higher than higher thannormal volume...

If it is to trick us, please be fair to your costumers.

We need faster responses from you, everyday i heard about guys losing their accounts while transfer or reinstalling or even upgrading operational system.

I mean, we need more respect from you GREE, my syn spend about 2,000-3,000 dollars just in battle, i am not counting on other events, and we are a top50 syn, you can imagine top25 and top10 syns! I wont even talk about Art of war and SAS.

So, lack of funds to hire employees isn't the issue here.

Please give us a feed back about this, it is getting annoying.

Completely agree. This wait time is ridiculous. I lost my account on Monday and have not heard anything out of gree. In other words no money spent. You would think that such a large company would have the staff to properly assist it's customers. #1 in business keep your customers happy. Well sad to say it but the majority of your customers are not happy.

Sorry for you bro, i hope you get your account back, just have no idea when! Since the response time can be 5 days to infinite.

Sent in ticket with every bit of information I could get think of. Well I guess I didn't I left off my SSN and my mother's maiden name. Lol

Same here they keep sending asking for more and more i started Monday last night it was screen shots of all gold receipts
