Three tickets have been submitted and the one ticket that got a response requested information, which was provided. After that, no further communication from Gree support. This account has been missing for weeks, and we are nearing WD. Here is the ticket number of the most recent 1488112. Please restore this account ASAP.

I feel your pain! Same thing happened to me....I bombarded gree(d) with tickets and their requested info and it took 3 weeks to get account back!!! NO MORE GOLD BUYING HERE!!!

Oh my lord. We have mods responding on BS data set issues that people already said were fixed. But peoples paid games still on the fritz; oh look a pony !

(for anyone who reads the names: I posted a thread about my own account after I posted this one. This one is an account of one of the best players in my faction. A heavy gold spender. Their absence is felt, believe me! I posted on this persons behalf because they cannot post new threads to forum.)

As a reminder, we can't solve tickets through the forum. If your issue is not resolved after a ticket is closed, simply re-open the same ticket and let the Support Team agent know that you continue to experience an issue. This is faster than sending in a follow-up or a new ticket.

Because I contacted Gree before and after I switched devices. Now I'm afraid to send in tickets.

if u lost your account u have to make this: first send all the information about your account, your old character's invite code (only if u remember you code), you have to make a new avatar and send the new invite code, any copies of gold/cash puchasesmade through itunes or google wallet, and your last login with your lost account. and thats all
