Level x 100,000 is considered to be slightly above average with regards to stats these days.

Level 50 = 5,000,000 att/def
Level 75 = 7,500,000 att/def
Level 100 = 10,000,000 att/def

As for IPH, I don't see many with decent IPH's around me but it seems level x 50,000 is considered good.

Sounds like a good guess. However, I have a slightly higher value for the Bank Truck (1.3B) and still a positive value for the vault (3.0B, so slightly below the overflow). Did I just get a smaller increase for the vault? Strange. Maybe I see an overflow once I increased my iph by another 10%.

The RB leaderboard had 'integer overflow' too (on droid), they fixed it.
