Didn't get Individual prize

Didn't get Individual prize even though got 111.00 cp which was around top 1000.Anyone else have this problem.

Look in you individual bonus list the possible prizes, sometimes you get it without info about

several in our guild had same problem -- don't know if I have list of prizes to be able to check. does that list exist anywhere now that the event is over.

That's not so easy anymore since they don't really change the name of the rewards... I hope they will fix it soon. I have 4 devices and got no individual reward on all of them... :(

Even though mine did not display on the screen you posted as well, I received my individual reward very shortly after the war ended. You likely got yours as well.

We had thought this issue was fixed in version 2.3 (this did not happen during the QA of the event), but apparently not. The engineers are looking for the cause, and we apologize for the continuing confusion on this.

Good news is that the rewards are going out, it is just showing a blank screen. We'll get the individual rankings posted in the forums today so that people can compare, but in the meantime check your inventory.

I didn't get (once again) the reward screen at all. But I checked my inventory and the units are there.

The rewards did not go out! I checked! I finished either top 1000 or 1200. Units for the top 1000 was a unit 14k and 9% infantry. Top 1200 was for a 13-14k unit for 9% magic. I check my inventory and I didn't receive either.

Can we get the battle reward info listed in a tab or another button in the war icon screen? It would be nice to be able to recall this info, rather than relying on the one time only splash screen.
