Leaderboard Freezing

So, the leaderboard freezes right at the end and your guild spends gems to ensure you are placed where you want....only to see 10 minutes after the event ends that you were some 40k away from your desired placing - as opposed to what the leaderboard said that you were 27k within. Coincidence? Bad luck? Or perhaps just another example of practices designed to fleece people out of their money.

Q: What's more pathetic than the company that repeated does this to a loyal customer base?

A: The customer base that keeps remaining loyal.
