This is the website that stays fairly up to date for fusion.
http://knights-and-dragons.wikia.com/wiki/Fusion_Armors
if your trying to aim at a specific fusion armor, use this table.
i assume that when you "roll" for fusion, it will look at whats available. divide by what level of armor you get, then make another "roll" for what you get.
Example : there may be a 1% chance at epic, 74% chance at 4 star, and 25% chance at 3 star when fusing two four star armors. 1=epic, 2-75=4*, 76-100=3* so if you rolled 25 - you'd get a 4 star armor. then a new roll will be made to find the armor you will get.
i keep seeing people randomly post - i fused this and got this. which is great, but if its already been discovered, its a waste of time to post it. its already a known fuse.
also - according to this - epic wise there are no confirmations of : Spirit, air, Fire/Water, Air/earth, fire/earth so if your have a mono earth and mono fire, your wasting your time on a duel element - but you may still get a blazeborn or tectonics mono element 5* armor

if u fuse an mono earth and mono fire u are not wasting your time if u are aiming for blaze or tetonic. same with earth air when aiming for tetonic.

Yeah but who AIMS for tectonic? There are so many better combinations to use that fire on. Earth/water is a fine bet though. Northerners or tectonic or arborsteel.

Getting epics is comletely random. But dont fuse 2 spics together. I have done this 4 times now and not gotten another epic from the other 2. Just some advise.

Also ensure you check the updated version of the wiki as there are more fusable epics now for example sandstorm platemail has been confirmed as earth/air combo.

What are the odds for getting better armor for each fusion level? I have looked around but I can't find any specifics

If you mean the lvl of the armor - Then it won't matter if its lvl 1, 10, 50 or 70. But you can garantee than you won't get a 2* if the average lvl from the 2 armors fused is higher than a maxed 2* can be - So you will get a garanteed 3* or above.
You cannot increase the chances of getting an epic if that was what you were thinking of.

Never said it was like that for 5* armors. It would only garantee you not to get 2* armors.
There are exceptions above that point.
Please don't make me quote my self.

Never said it was like that for 5* armors.Wasn't trying to say it was, just saying I don't think fusing armors above the max level of the next lower rarity would give you a guarantee that you wouldn't end up with a maxed lower rarity. You would most likely have a 99.9% chance of getting a higher rarity, but not 100%, that's all I was saying. I just used the Epic as an example.
