I was wondering what the average Gree response time is nowadays. Also, do you get an immediate auto-confirmation once you have sent in a request ?

Confirmation email, then I've usually had a response within 48hrs.

I do not understand why I did not get any confirmation e-mail ? I see that I have sent the e-mail but no conformation and no ticket # , what is wrong here ?

I did, nothing there. It is the first time that this happened. What is the e-mail address of Gree support

same as me. 5 days and no answer cuz i lost my account re-installing the game.

Lost my account reinstalling also. I sent in a ticket 5 days ago. I got a confirmation email but I am still waiting on a response. I have transferred accounts before with the longest taking less then two days. I don't know what the problem is this time

Guess what gree did to me! They screwed me by suspending my account because of I use multiple emails for gaming and personal use. I send on a ticket concerning my gold purchases and then changed my email to what they wanted me to and then they out a hold on my account because they are dumb. If they don't fix this iTunes will be contacted and I will receive my money back. I explained this to gree that I use multiple emails to avoid spam and such but they suspended my account. So I will keep postin this to all forums until they fix it.

Let's see if any of hen developers or administrators are doing heir jobs and looking at this forum to help correct this. Doubt it but giving it a try. If no action I'll spam gree with all my receipts and then get iTunes involved.
