Warning! Careful with the LTQs

The prizes for the LTQs have been removed from my account. I don't have proof. But I know it happened. I had to redo the LTQs and the prizes were lost.

I spent 2k+ on prison break event and submitted a ticket. Last time I lost the final item and was told I only completed lvl 18. Now the same thing has happened with this new LTQ. But I now have proof that can not be disputed.

Here are the facts.
1. I completed lvl 9 of the current LTQ. And received the bull slinga grillz and the popup showing the item.
2. I exited the game. When I went back in the LTQ was gone. Only the ltb was listed. In my inventory
It showed I had 2 of the bull slinga grillz. It should only be 1.
3. I exited the game and went back in. The LTQ was back but reset to the end of lvl 9 ( 2/3). And both of the
Grillz were gone. So I now have to redo lvl 9.

The best part is I have screen shots of each of these actions.

No way to say it didn't happen.

Same thing happened here. Finished 9, got the splash screen, and then the ltq just disappears from your quests.
You re-login, and discover you need to redo lvl 9, but the energy you wasted is gone!

Are you sure? I see the prizes are erroneously awarded when you complete 2/3. I get the splash screen and LTQ disappears. When you go back in, you just have to complete 3/3, which was never actually completed. This has been my experience.

Same thing here......getting old having to redo Levels and not getting energy back.

Upon reading this, I was doing LTQ 8/15. I have 1/3 done. I have just enough energy to do the 2/3 which cost 165x2=330
with 410 energy.
I follow through and complete.
Now 2/3 I get $54k andd 17xp
Only thing registers is energy depleted, $37k and watching xp go down.
Now about your original post:
Same thing happened earlier.completed LTQ 7/15.Got the item. But ltq disappeared. restarted cc. went back to 7/15 and had to finish again. Energy was gone

Just got to 9/15 and it happened just like it did you. had to restart cc to get LTQ back.

You are not completing the goal or using extra energy. Sometimes when you complete 2 out of 3, the splash screen comes up but you don't move on to the next goal. When you reset CC, it says you still need to finish the goal before getting item and moving on. You only did 2 out of 3. You didn't complete the goal.

make sure u are beating them the correct number of times. i beat lvl 9 2/3 times and got splash screen, didnt get item. beat the guy one more time and new goal poped up and i got prize. this is happening on all my games. so make sure u have hem beat the correct humber of times.

Belive me after my lost I count very good. Gree in support only apologising as always, they don't care that ppl loose money. All they answer is - I can't compensate this or I ll send this issue up stairs which means u ll never see any answer... And belive me if this game were good supported & well programmed not so many ppl left this game. Sorry for my English very difficult to explain.

Trust me, I'm not miscounting my hits, I loose the prize and cash I won, but my energy does not return. This is what everyone has been complaining about the last few months about. Read the threads.

I have the same issue with the splash screen showing early saying I completed the goal as well. For you guys saying you are losing energy or prizes you are not. You are not completing the actual goal.

I doubt it's a splash screen issue. If it were why would you see 2 items in the inventory?
That's not just seeing the splash screen early. Look at the post by vasely. You will see proof

Yes, it happens both ways. Sometimes you get the screen before you finish, and sometimes you get the screen after finishing correctly. Having to re-drop the last target to get to the next mission is not at all uncommon. I've seen duped items in the inventory, but does the inventory view REALLY reflect what I've got and am using? Who really knows? It's all smoke and mirrors.

Last LTQ I had multiple resets, not spending real money on this game because it's such a waste of your hard earned cash!

Im trying to get refund from Google but they saying that Gree should guarantee that app works proper quality.

Google will refund the money tell them grees shenanigans you wont be the first.
