Curious about Ticket Response Time

Hey all was wondering what the current estimate for a ticket to be answered is. I haven't sent a ticket in a while and during this weekend battle my phone stopped working. I wish I had set up my account for a transfer ahead of time, but alas I am stuck with no account until support responds so I was wondering what kinda time I am looking at now..

Actually, on every ticket I have ever sent that was related to gold I lost - Gree has answered and fixed the problem in a matter of hours!
But when I lost my account once and needed to retrieve it - they took their time and fixed it after 3 days…

The same thing happened to my mini account half way through the last Raid boss event. Still not had a response back from support.

Ticket submitted days before Trackside Slums Event, with all required data included...

Response 1 week later, asking for ALL INFORMATION that I'd already freakin well included!

Replied & nothing heard since!

5 Mil Lvl 85 Account locked out that would now be 7-8 Million. Beyond a Joke!!!

same experience, all through the epic boss they didn't respond and a week later they ask me for the same info..
Is it really that hard gree?

I was very careful to include all the required information so hopefully I won't need a followup and they can fix it with the info I already have...

I have some gold on it and want to be able to use it and with stat inflation if I miss an event I begin to fall behind quickly
