I saw a post that stated that it's for lvl 10+ (but that was from last year)

my lvl 16 didn't have it

what I want to know is.. even if I don't get sltq goal. but i am in a syn and i hit sltq target. will that count toward the syn goals??

this would be useful if we have a mod here that actually answer questions right away

I had a lvl 15 that had the last sltq, but not the individual, and its hits counted for the syn,
