On Emir Island at least one NPC with "Dire" in their name costs 25x572 energy.

that SS appears to be old if you have the rebel troops in there, i would expect iOS and droid to get them at same time

No advantage at all, all prestaging is wiped out when game is exited and reopened.

You mean you if you have the target at 4/5 hits and then close and reopen app it resets to 0/5??

Yes, the rebel targets reset. I will double check but I'm fairly sure they did reset.

check the "dire" targets, i think they are the ones that are to be used. seems as though gree accidentally pushed a button they shouldnt have

unknown...I prestaged through I prestaged mt. pass through boneyard with a high level energy cow but the emir island (assuming last level) not sure.....I know through boneyard had no issues ...and that's with a 5 war factory, 3 shipyard, 4 airfield, and 4 barracks.....would need confirmation on marketplace, drop site and emir island....I wasn't asked to purchase any units so it appears no issue with unit buildings
