Use ES file explorer on your phone, or Android device that has CC.
Hit menu > App Manager
Click on CC and "Backup" at the bottom of the screen.
Find the .apk and upload it to dropbox.
Visit your dropbox from inside Genymotion. (or find someone with the apk already shared)
Make sure you have "install apps from unknown sources" checked in the Android settings.
Install CC. 4.0.0.2 works best on v2.3.4 emulators. 4.0.0.5 works well on v4.0 and above.

Don't use a v4.4 Android, as there (are / can be) issues with write permissions on SDcards. ES File explorer seems to be one of the only apps able to bypass some of these problems with Android KitKat. Though it can still have trouble with deleting folders.

To start, make sure the android SDK is installed. You can then start Genymotion, install the ARM translation onto a 4.3 Android install and then the play store.

From that point, it should just be a case of restarting the emulator and installing CC - Never magaed to get it working correctly on KitKat but haven't tried too hard. I know google services has some issues which normally results in aptoid needing to be installed instead of the play store... maybe that's the way forward for you.
