IPH did not increase by 30%

Although the boost for finishing top 500 said a 30% more money output bonus, my IPH did not go up by even 20%.
I think it probably was 15% (it went from 10.5 M to 12.2 M).

Anyone else see this?

The bonus is +30% BONUS OUTPUT. Not +30% IPH increase. It is calculated from your raw IPH without any previou bonuses.

If you have any previous IPH bonuses, it will be less then 30%. The building output bonuses do not stack on top of each other. Teemo put it beautifully. I'm a little under 5 mil, can't wait to get up that high.

If you haven't determined it yet. One easy way to see this is to go to your profile and see what your "building output" bonus is now at.

Eg.
If your raw IPH was 1m and you have 50% bonus, your iph will be 1.5m.
When you received your 30% boost, your bonus is now 80% so your iph goes to 1.8m.

my iph went up from 38.7 to 44.5 just from getting that bonus..it added 30m more to each of my AMRS and 39m more to each AC..now its time to get all my unit builds to 10 so i can spend 1-2b a day on cash units bc thats all i used so far was 5b in cash and 1m valor to up my stats 40m soon as i get the lvl 8,9 and 10 ad airbase done then i will use all my vlaor on those 35/30k air units and i will buy 200 of all the lvl 8,9 cash units..now with upgrade 2 im not gonna work on iph fora bit and im gonna open my ground units to so i can buy alot of cash units there since its the next best % of bonus on profile
