ATTN GREE: Death Blow Guild was robbed of their win bonus

We should have gotten a nice sized win bonus and Gree servers obviously went down as I couldnt get in to take my last hit and I also am in DK where my last win, it stole my hit and it showed I won then said it could not connect.

The score was 128,752, and we won and were hanging in 10th place. We are due half that as a win bonus.

GREE Please fix our score before the war is over. We cant wait 2 weeks for this to be fixed.

PLEASE this is not fair ...add our win bonus for the first war

I didn't pay gems just to be robbed of the points we duly earned. That's not right. If you want to keep your customers I hope you get this fixed quickly and not in a "timely manner" of two weeks, we didn't pay for gems to wait that long, especially during guild war.

I fight in two guilds and fairly well known as I fight in Death Knights and I am GM of Death Blow and Death Blow wants their rightful ranking NOW.

PS I just heard that xxx Danger XXX also did not get their win bonus for their first battle so they need it fixed as well. They said they will post later as well when they get time supporting that the scores need to be fixed NOW.

In no way am I associated with this guild but I hope you guys get what you rightfully deserve, not only that but I am following this thread to see if Gree will help you or ignore you. That will kind of decide just how much I put into this game, hate putting money into games where support isn't the best or is non existent >_>

i have a job. i just rather spend money on a game that devs want to enhance. i buy and spend money on games that have a future. one day youll all look at the closing servers on knights and dragons and go well, theres hundreds (thousands looking at your list of maxed epics). what will i be doing? playing games that have pretty decent single player / multi in devices that stand the chance of time.

people waste money everyday, i just think its silly spending as much as you do on a game that's so under developed. these ftp micro transaction games are fairly new and really popular. after playing around with game making kits, i could rebuild this game in probably a few weeks alone. as long as one other person drew up all the art. this game SHOULD be updated. its been out for so long. i would back it - hey i say let the devs open a kickstarter for it, ill back the crap outa it for a huge update. im just upset im this deep in the game and feel the need to come back to it because of the progress ive made. it may not be the level of progress youve made, i have other things to do like work and school than open this game every 10 minutes. but to each their own.

Having a job isn't really the discussion or question. It's the fact that you want to spend your money on a game where the devs care about the player base and the support is active and doing its best to help those who were wronged. Not spending money on a game where you get no support if something happens.

If anyone has actually played an MMO like say WoW, one main reason it has been so successful is due to its customer support. Though a lot of people hate it the fact is that the support has been point on, I played that game for over 8 years and during my time any time I had a problem the support managed to help me WITHIN 3 days and most recently they had been able to help me within 24 hours. Now I am not saying that Gree should be able to do the same atm since WoW makes more money and is more popular but within at least a week Gree should be able to help people with their problems, especially for big problems.

Point being, if a company doesn't provide good support to its player base then players are less likely to want to spend money because they will realize that if they one day get screwed over they are just screwed since support won't help. If a company provides good support people are more likely to spend money on this game because if something bad happens like a glitch they know that the support will be able to help them fix it.

Still hoping to see this guild get the rewards they deserve.

Not getting the win bonus on 1st war happened to HHM too.
War result showed the bonus but it did not get calculated in the standings. Not getting the bonus didn't penalize us, as we would have gotten the same prize anyway.
But it's frustrating

Tbh, you could have all the fun in the world without spending a penny. I would rather have everything i want in my life than to have money. They are not essential.


Besides, it just a win-bonus. Gree fixed it all the other times it happend. So dont worry.
